Delete my data
Everything this portal holds about a device can be erased by whoever can sign in on it — immediately, and by them alone.
What gets erased
- The device record: its device code, its MAC-formatted identifier, its key, its name and any label a reseller gave it.
- Every playlist attached to it — the ones you added and the ones a reseller added — including the stored addresses and credentials.
- The resellers' links to the device, and your sign-in sessions here.
- The activation itself.
Read that last line twice. Deleting ends the activation. The app goes back to its trial, and the device has to be activated again by a reseller — with a new credit — if you want it back. There is no undo, and support cannot restore it.
What is not here to delete
What you watched, your favourites, your resume positions and your synced catalogue never reach this portal — they live on the device only. Uninstalling the app removes them.
